What is the Digital Change Agents program?

Who can become a Digital Change Agent?
Anyone with a passion for technology and community impact can join — including students, teachers, entrepreneurs, and community volunteers. Basic digital knowledge is enough to get started.
How do I join the program?
Sign up through the “Become a Change Agent” page to access digital training resources, mentorship, and community projects. Joining is free and open to all skill levels.
What do Digital Change Agents do?
Agents help their communities by teaching digital skills, introducing useful online tools, and running small projects that improve learning, livelihoods, and digital awareness.
Do I need advanced digital skills to participate?
No. Beginners can start with essential digital literacy and gradually develop advanced skills in technology, online safety, and digital entrepreneurship.
Is there a cost to join the program?
Participation is completely free. The program is designed to make digital literacy and skills training accessible to everyone, especially underserved communities.
