Sheila Arinaitwe is a Digital Change Agent from Kampala and a dedicated digital skills trainer and community development practitioner. She empowers underprivileged communities across Uganda through inclusive digital education, bridging the digital divide with practical, hands-on training. Sheila has led community-based initiatives in Ibanda, Buhweju, Kampala, and at Lady Sarah Primary School, as well as online programs for remote learners. Her training covers digital literacy, basic computer operation, internet use, productivity tools, mobile device management, cybersecurity, and responsible online engagement. Through collaborations with UICT and ITU DTC, she has facilitated courses in Entrepreneurship, Digital Awareness, Data Science, Cybersecurity, IoT, and Digital Transformation, advancing digital inclusion and sustainable development in Uganda.
