Mubiru Joshua is an experienced IT professional with over five years of expertise in ICT training and facilitation. Beyond his technical background, he has successfully managed training programs at the NGO Edify in Uganda, dedicated to improving the lives of underprivileged and marginalized communities. Through his facilitation work, he has promoted the use of ICT as a tool for positive change, including in education, service delivery, and skills enhancement, as a Digital Change Agent.
