Kwikiriza Safiru is a Digital Change Agent based at Modern Secondary School in Lwengo District, committed to bridging Uganda’s digital divide through practical ICT training. He delivers targeted digital literacy programs that equip youth, women, farmers, and small business owners with skills in computer operation, internet use, mobile device management, productivity tools, cybersecurity, and responsible online engagement. Through collaborations with UICT and the ITU Digital Transformation Centre (DTC), he has facilitated courses in Entrepreneurship, Digital Awareness, Data Science, Cybersecurity, IoT, and Digital Transformation. His work expands digital inclusion, fosters innovation, and empowers rural communities toward sustainable economic growth.
