Emenyu Joseph Paul is a Digital Change Agent and education technology professional who serves as the Director of Studies at St. John Bosco Dokolo Secondary School and a Lead Practitioner with the Africa Educational Trust (AET). Since 2021, he has contributed to digital inclusion in Dokolo District through community-focused technology initiatives.

He combines instructional leadership with practical digital skills, supporting teachers, students, and community members to integrate technology into learning and everyday activities. His work strengthens digital literacy, encourages innovation, and expands access to ICT opportunities across the district.
