Mr. Kaziba Stephen is an experienced ICT educator and professional trainer who plays a key role in building the capacity of Uganda’s Digital Change Agents. As a Trainer of Trainers (ToT), he specializes in equipping facilitators with the skills and methodologies needed to effectively deliver digital literacy programs in their communities.
His background in education, digital pedagogy, and instructional design has made him instrumental in transforming how trainers engage learners across different districts. Kaziba is known for his commitment to ensuring that every session he leads leaves participants more confident, skilled, and ready to pass on digital knowledge sustainably.
He has worked closely with partners including the Uganda Institute of Information and Communication Technology (UICT), Close the Gap, and the Ministry of Labour, Gender and Social Development, contributing to Uganda’s broader vision for digital inclusion and empowerment.
