Tumushabe Boaz has been a Digital Change Agent with UICT since 2020. He is an experienced ICT teacher with 17 years of providing digital literacy skills to youth, women, and men. He has worked with organizations including the National Union of Women with Disabilities of Uganda (NUWODU), NIRA, UCC, and the Ministry of Education and Sports. His commitment to transforming lives through digital skills continues to guide his work.
