Shadrack Nambuha is a Digital Change Agent and ICT Instructor in Busia District. He holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from Mbarara University of Science and Technology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from IUIU.

He provides digital literacy training to students and community members, equipping them with essential ICT skills to enhance learning, employability, and community development.
