Bwambale Edigar is a Digital Change Agent serving in Kazo District, where he plays a vital role in expanding digital skills and empowering community members. He has trained more than 300 learners through UICT-sponsored online courses, equipping them with practical digital skills that support employment, innovation, and inclusion. Edigar provides hands-on guidance, promotes digital literacy, and helps individuals confidently use technology to improve their livelihoods. His work continues to strengthen community capacity and bridge the digital divide in Kazo.
