Otim Jimmy is a Digital Change Agent in Dokolo District, Northern Uganda, dedicated to promoting digital literacy and inclusion across his community and the Lango sub-region. Since joining UICT in 2024, he has trained over 300 community members in essential digital skills. A professional teacher of Physics and Mathematics, Jimmy leverages his educational expertise to deliver practical, learner-centered ICT training, empowering individuals of all ages to thrive in the digital world.
