Kirya Martin is a Digital Change Agent from Bukedea and an Education Officer with over nine years of teaching experience. Holding a degree in ICT, he was trained under the UICT Cisco program in 2020 and became an instructor in 2022. Since becoming a Digital Change Agent, Kirya has worked to bridge the digital divide in schools and communities, inspiring students and community members to embrace digital skills and pursue further ICT education.
